This college will be under the aegis of “ Rikshun Foundation Charitable Trust”, a registered non-profit organization in West Bengal registered vide deed No. V-110 dated 05-08-2011. The Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association of the Trust had been approved by the member of Trust with the Chairmanship of Atiur Rahaman. All the land had been registered in the name of Trust by Registered Sale Deed and Gift Deed. The Building Plan had been sanctioned by the Zilla Parishad as per rule of West Bengal Govt.
